Amulet of the Council of Onyx

The amulet is crafted from a unique, deep black onyx gemstone. The onyx gemstone is polished and shaped into a smooth oval, and set within a delicate silver frame. The onyx itself is  engraved with intricate sigils in the shape of the Council of Onyx symbol.

As an action, you can rub the stone and whisper the name of another person in the possession of another Amulet of the Council of Onyx to cast the Sending spell from it with a range of one thousand miles. The target is the person whose name you whispered to the stone. If the person is out of range, the spell fails and you are aware of this fact. immediately.
