Anerus' Star

A legendary cloak gifted by the God Anerus, the cloak is perfectly white and crafted of a material like pure silk.

While attuned to, the wearer is resistant to necrotic damage and radiant damage.

All damage done by the wearer can become radiant if they choose.

Three times per day (3/day), the wearer may use “Call of the Starlight”, in which the cloak begins to glow with intricate lines and the wearer, during the 10 minute duration of this ability, gains the following:

• A flying speed equal to their walking speed as they appear to be lifted off the ground by the cloak
• The ability to cast two leveled spells in one turn and maintain concentration on both spells for up to 1 turn of overlap
• Reduce the time of any one spell (per use of this ability) that has a casting time of 1 minute or less to become a Bonus Action (BA)
