Weapon (mace), rare

This one of a kind pair of footwear is the product of a master craftsman. At the custom request of an intrepid and enterprising adventurer the mystic cobbler was able to combine the materials of two of the dwarf's favorite pairs of battle trophy foot wear. He combined them into one pair of superbly melded All Terrain Butt Stompers with style and the features of both. He enchanted them to adjust their fit to the wearer allowing the adventurer to resell the boots if he so desired.

A Lightning Dash. While you wear these mukluks, you can use a bonus action to consume one charge and activate a temporary speed boost (1 round or 6 seconds) borrowed from the spirits of Lightning Quick Speed Goats of the the top prairies.  When activated the boots +40 bonus to your walking speed, and any creature that makes an opportunity attack against you has disadvantage on the attack roll. Tap a boot heal against a solid surface twice to both begin and end the speed effect. After a total of 10 cumulative activation charges, the magic becomes temporarily inert until you finish a long rest. Note: These charges are cumulative, until all 10 charges are expended they will not begin a reset cycle.

An Iron Kicking. These remade boots allow you to make a kicking or stomping attack (on prone enemies) while moving at speed towards a visible creature. Your attack is made while in movement and allows you to approach, attack, and move away without or provoking an opportunity attack. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d10 + 4 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. If they are already prone and receive a stomping attack they receive the damage and if still alive become unconscious for 3 rounds.

Re-manufactured from a pair of Red Cap Iron Boots and a pair of Shadow Lightning Infused Mukluks these are a pair of magical hybrid footwear. The exterior is made from tough but well broken-in leather, the interior is lined with felt made from speed goat hair. The studded leather soles are reinforced with close-set spikes and Iron toes. Their comfort adds advantage on one saving throw against Exhaustion per wake rest cycle and toughness a +2 to your AC .
