Amulet of Soul Anchoring

The amulet consists of a single opalescent stone engraved with Celestial writing.

If an effect would cause the wearer's soul to be dislodged, the amulet emits an energy pulse, negating the effect. It does not negate or reduce damage from the effect. If the effect would reduce the wearer to 0 or less HP, they are instead dropped to 1 HP.

It is theorized that wearing the amulet while teleporting could produce unwanted effects due to corporeal versus spiritual transportation.
