Annoying Trumpet

This is a simple Trumpet, but for some reason, it has become magical:

1. You can use it to damage enemies, it will deal 1d10 thunder damage. When you make attack rolls with it add +2.

2. You can spend your spellslot and make "Joke" as an action. If you do so, you will damage the enemies that can hear you (if the target doesn't rely on hearing, it is immune to this effect). You will roll 1d6 on thunder and an additional 1d6 on psychic damage. For every spellslot higher than 1, you will add 1d6 to both damage types (2d6 thunder and 2d6 psychic damage on 2-level spellslot and so on).

3. This Trumpet gives you double proficiency in Charisma checks and saves.
