Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Caster must have it on his person for 24 hours to attune to this item. )
The Arcane Field Generator fills a space within a 100 ft radius with gently floating arcane motes that shed low light within the affected area. The motes have no physical effect, but they make it easy to see any effects that negate magic. The effect lasts one hour, requires an action to activate, and once activated, the generator cannot be used again until the next dawn. If the attuned person rolls a Natural 20 on any spell attack, that spell does Maximum damage (plus the normal bonus for a Natural 20).
Notes: Caster must have it on his person for 24 hours to attune to this item.
