Amulet of Righteous Aspiration

If the wearer of this amulet falls to 0 hit points, on their next turn, instead of making death saving throws they gain back 30 hit points and can take their turn as normal. This effect only occurs once per combat encounter. Additionally, this amulet can be used to cast the Augury spell with a modified time span of 1 year instead of 30 minutes, It also allows for the user to ask more vague questions instead of specific ones if they choose to do so.
