Amulet of Ziros

While wearing this Amulet, you learn the spell Hellish Rebuke. You can cast this spell without using a spell slot, instead using one of the amulet's charges, however it must only be casted at level one. If you use a charge as your Bonus Action instead, you can apply 1d8 fire damage to any melee weapon attack, adding an extra d8 every three levels. You also gain resistance to fire damage while wearing this amulet, regardless of the remaining number of charges.
