AntiMagic Necklace

The anti-magic necklace was originally created by the goddess Sekhmet to give to her most loyal champion a way to fight magic users. This necklace comes with 5 beads on it. As a bonus action, the wearer can pluck any number of beads off and pass them to another creature he/she can see. When the command word "ultra magicae" is spoken, the necklace grows and creates a 120ft anti-magic field. Creatures who have beads from the necklace are unaffected by the anti-magic field. The Anti-magic field will last for 10 minutes unless dispelled beforehand by using the command "claudere". Those with a bead that use ranged spells and ranged magical attacks must succeed a DC20 Arcana Check in order to use the bead to cover their attacks as well. This must be done for each attack. Each bead must be put back on the necklace before its next use, otherwise the beads will fail to work. Once this is used, it cannot be used again for 8 hours.
