Rebirth: The first time you die while wearing this amulet, and it remains on your corpse for 1 hour, you will rise again, having your hit points restored to their maximum. When you are resurrected in this way you receive the Curse of Undeath trait.
Curse of Undeath: After being resurrected by the amulet for the first time, you cease aging and gain the undead creature type. Any effect that applies to undead creatures now applies to you. If the amulet is destroyed, you stop wearing it, or you become unattuned to it, you die instantly, and your body is reduced to ash.
Phylactery: While under the effects of curse of undeath, the Amulet of Rebirth acts as a phylactery. If you die while wearing it, your body is reduced to ash, but none of your equipment will be destroyed. 24 hours later, you will be reincarnated, as if by the spell Reincarnate. Your new body will form in the space of the amulet, with it draped around your neck. If there is no room for your new body to be reincarnated, then you do not reincarnate until ample space is made available.
