A full set of plate armor made entirely of glass. Upon further inspection the glass is much more durable than it initially appears, but it still has its limits. (When worn, the armor will block the first three instances of damage you take completely, even if that damage is from a critical hit. After the three instances of damage have been taken, the armor will shatter, reducing your AC to its unarmored value for the rest of combat. The glass armor can be repaired during a long rest, but a successful Arcana check must be made first.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
