Weapon (maul), rare (requires attunement by a short rest)

A positively immense hammer with a head of the purest metal, forged in the heart of a star and engraved with magic sigils. Despite its enormous proportions it is easily carried, and is a favorite weapon of barbarians and those known as Magical Girls.

Properties

Hammerspace: The hammer can somehow be stowed inside one's shirt or in a pocket, or in a bag, giving no Stealth penalties. While being wielded, though, its massive size makes hiding difficult, and gives disadvantage on Stealth checks.

Bludgeoning: The hammer deals 2d6 Bludgeoning damage.

Twinkle on the Horizon: When you score a critical hit with the hammer, you deal an additional Strength modifier Thunder damage to the target and creatures within 5 feet of it, and it must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw: on a failure, you can push the target up to 15 feet away from you.

Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Disadvantage: Stealth, Weapon Property: Reach, Damage: Thunder, Proficiency: Martial Weapons, short rest, Damage, Control, Debuff, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Topple
