Archers Gift of the Demilich

This ring can only be worn by a fighter.  This ring once put on can only be removed with the wearers death.  Cutting off the finger or even wishing it away will just make it transfer to another finger.  This ring will even survive resurrection, appearing back on their finger once restored, even if another has donned it. This ring improves the archers ability to critical their opponent by 1 point, this effect can stack.  Unfortunately, it also prohibits any archery in the presence of a demilich (1000 ft).
