Anti caster cube

A six sided cube with unique runes on each side. The anti caster cube was a weapon designed by the ingenious artificers as a form of defence for those who could not use magic. it is designed to stop the use of magic so that non magic users can subdue threats and protect themselves from the evil and arcane in the most painless way possible. Warriors and mercenary groups later took the cubes into battle to stand a chance against powerful foes but most are now scattered across the continent, lost to time. The cube can cast 6 spells, non of which can be upcasted from its original base spell level; Shield, misty step, silence, blindness/deafness, dispel magic, magic missle. Each of these spells can be casted once every longest.
