Description:
This Splint armor is crafted from hard scales of some sort of aquatic beast and they shimmer in the presences of light sources. When the armor's effect is used the scales reflect a reddish hue that builds up to the wrists before bursting in flame on the next damaging blow.

Activation Prerequisite: (Verbal) The Armor's effect is activated by the wearer saying the word's "Burn baby Burn!"
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute
Item Ability Description:
The next time you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack during the effect's duration, your weapon flares with white-hot intensity, and the attack deals an extra 1D6 Fire Damage to the target and causes the target to ignite in flames. At the start of each of its turns until the effect ends, the target must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC-13). On a failed save, it takes 1D6 Fire Damage. On a successful save, the effect ends. If the target or a creature within 5 feet of it uses an action to put out the flames, or if some other effect douses the flames (such as the target being submerged in water), the effect ends.
This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
