Amulet of the Bloodwolf

This Amulet increases time able to stay in werewolf form for a blood hunter Lycan while worn and also alternatively decreases the time by the same amount that you can stay in humanoid form. This time increases per day worn until half-elf and wolf suffer a full reversal and I can only be in half-elf form for an hour per short rest. But this can be reversed over the same amount of time if I take the amulet off.   It also provides a  +2 to attack and damage while in werewolf form.
