This Amulet contains a fraction of the power that a staff of power would contain. While wearing this ring you gain a +1 to AC and gain +1 to spell attack. This ring contains 5 chargers, and regains 1d5 charges at dawn. If you expend all charges roll on the wild magic table and roll a d20. If you roll a 1 the Amulet loses its power. On a 20 you regain 5 charges and the maximum number of charges is doubled.
You may draw on the power of the weave to summon a portion of Eila's spirit, this spirit functions like an Echo Knight, with the added benefit of being able to cast spells through her and have simple conversations. Summoning her spirit causes a wild magic surge.
You can spend a number of charges based on the spell chosen.

Levitate (1 charge)
You can spend twice the amount of charges to upcast the spell by 1 level. Doing so causes a wild magic surge.
