Anti-Torch

This mysterious wooden item has been influenced by the Shadowfell. When exposed to a flame, this item extinguishes all light in a 10 foot sphere around the Anti-Torch and reduces all light in a further radius of 15 feet to dim light, and it does so for an hour or until extinguished. The sphere moves with the Anti-Torch at it’s center.
