This weapon has been infused with the power of that of an archdevil. The Creation of a weapon such as this is very complex. Someone with extreme skill in magic item creation must destroy the weapon of an archdevil, and use the power of it to enchant an existing weapon, or create a new weapon using it. Strikes from this weapon deal an additional 35 fire damage that bypasses all resistances and immunities on a hit, and this also functions as a +3 weapon of its type. (The basic description lists a shortsword because "any" is not an option. This can be any weapon that the creator chooses)
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
