Stormchaser is the unique variant of the Whisperwind Bow appears as though carved from storm clouds, with occasional flickers of lightning playing across its surface. The bowstring resonates with the distant sound of thunder.
Magic Weapon. This bow grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.
Silent Thunder. Arrows shot from this bow are silent but crackle with electricity, dealing an additional 1d6 lightning damage on a hit.
Storm's Guidance. Once per short rest, the wielder can fire a Lightning Arrow, which turns into a bolt of lightning, striking a line up to 30 feet long and 5 feet wide. Creatures in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Tempest's Call. As an action, activate the bow to cast Chain Lightning (spell save DC 18) once per long rest. For 1 minute after activating, attacks with this bow summon a gust that pushes the target 10 feet away if they are Large or smaller.
Weather Sight. While attuned to the bow, gain advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks related to weather prediction and resistance to lightning damage.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
