Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
These bracers are made from flexible young wood, adorned with simple vine patterns. They feel alive to the touch, with a faint pulsing as if echoing the heartbeat of the forest.
AC Bonus. These bracers provide a +1 bonus to AC.
Natural Shield. Twice per long rest, you can activate the bracers as a reaction to an attack, granting a +2 bonus to your AC until the start of your next turn. The bracers rapidly grow, creating a hard bark-like shield.
