Weapon (longsword), artifact (requires attunement by a character walking the Path of Honour)

Windrunner is a masterfully crafted longsword, its blade shimmering with the light of a thousand storms. The blade is beautifully adorned with carvings of wind currents, symbolising freedom and the duty of its wielder.

Magic Weapon. Windrunner is a magical weapon that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it, in addition to an extra 2d8 Force Damage.

The Sky Is Mine. The wielder gains a flying speed of 60 feet and can hover. This ability reflects the Windrunner's mastery over the winds and skies and does not consume any resources.

Gravitational Lashing. The wielder can alter gravity's direction for themselves or a target within 60 feet, replicating effects similar to the Reverse Gravity spell (save DC 18), once per short rest. This effect lasts as long as the target remains within 300 feet of the wielder or until 1 minute has passed.

Stormlight Surge. The sword can absorb ambient light. As a bonus action, the wielder can activate the stored light to heal for 2d10 hit points or to add 2d10 radiant damage to their next attack. This ability can be used three times per long rest.

Full Lashing. A number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest, you can choose any 5-foot space within range to become invisibly difficult terrain. If anyone passes over this space within 1 minute, they must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or become restrained. They can attempt this saving throw at the end of each of their turns to free themselves.

Reverse Lashing. Once per long rest, as an action, you can target an object or point in space within 60 feet. For the next minute, it exerts a gravitational pull in a 15-foot radius. Creatures and unsecured objects within this radius must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be pulled towards the target point and become restrained, they can attempt this saving throw at the end of each of their turns to free themselves.

Oathbound. Windrunner's power is directly tied to the wielder's adherence to their personal code of honour. If the wielder acts dishonourably, the sword loses its magical properties and becomes a normal longsword until the wielder atones for their actions.
