This amulet radiates dark necrotic energy. You and up to three creatures can choose to make a blood sacrifice to the god Vecna, participating in a ritual where each creature adds a drop of their blood to the amulet, then sacrificing a living humanoid with an intelligence score above 6. After completion of the ritual one creature can then attune to the amulet. Creatures other than the wearer who participate are immune to all damage types other than psychic while they are within 240 feet of the wearer. This effect extends beyond the all planes of exsistance and can only be ended through the creatures death.
Cursed: After attuning to this amulet it intergrates into the wearers skin and bone, petruding slightly from the point of intergration. It cannot be removed by any means from the creatures body unless the creature dies thus ending the attunement.
For every year the amulet is attuned the wearer loses 10 years off of their life expectancy.
