A knife with a wrist attachment allowing the knife to be concealed along the forearm and brandished from it swinging out to the side at the press of the button on the palm. The knife is attached to 60 ft of cable stored in a pocket dimension and wrapped around a large rock weighing 400 lbs on the other side. The knife can be shot up to the 60 ft by use of the gust spell inlaid into the leather of the wrist attachment. The rock acts as a counter weight allowing the cable to be retracted by a condensed version of the gust spell. This action allows the wearer to use the apparatus as a grappling knife and concealable weapon.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
