This pendant features a small, delicately crafted hourglass encased within a silver frame. It glows faintly with a soft, blue light.
Visions of the Past. Once per day, the wearer can touch an object or surface to see brief glimpses of significant past events associated with it.
Time Quirk. Once per long rest, the wearer can activate the pendant to cast either Slow (Spell Save DC15) or Haste without expending a spell slot or material components.
