Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
This pendant features a small, delicately crafted hourglass encased within a silver frame. It glows faintly with a soft, blue light.
Enhanced Visions of the Past. Twice per day, the wearer can touch an object or surface to view up to 10 minutes of its significant past events.
Time Quirk. Twice per long rest, the wearer can activate the pendant to cast either Slow or Haste (Spell Save DC 17) without expending a spell slot or material components.
Momentary Pause. Once per long rest, the wearer can freeze time for everyone but themselves for one round. During this round, they can move up to their speed, make an action, and interact with objects, but cannot attack or directly harm another creature.
