Arm of Shar

A shadowy arm gifted by the goddess, Shar. After taking a toll on its host it grants them a new arm and health at the cost of their enemies'.

When you have the arm it is automatically fixed in place of one of your original arms. You also lose 11 hit points from your hit point maximum.

Whenever you make an unarmed strike with this arm, you gain health equal to the damage that was dealt by it.
