this whistle can be blown twice a week to summon a squadron of aarakocra warriors who fly overhead and drop war eggs. When you blow the whistle roll a d4 to decide how many war eggs are dropped over the desired location.

After the eggs are dropped roll 1d6 to decide what efffect happens at your desired location

on a 1-3 a third level fireball is cast 

on a 4 or 5 a fourth level ice storm is cast

and on a 6 a sixth level chain lightning is cast which jumps to the nearest creatures to the initial target
