Cursed armor that cannot be removed. Forged for Asmodeus from the corpse of an abyssal lord, this armor permanently fuses to the wearer's soul and sustains their life until both the wearer and the armor are destroyed. The wearer of this armor does not need to eat, drink, breathe, or sleep. The wearer is automatically proficient in this armor. Because the armor is permanently fused to the wearer, it is considered a second skin and bonuses from not wearing armor are applied.
Deathless (automatic)
When the wearer reaches 0 HP, they may still take actions while making death saving throws. If the wearer fails their death saving throws, the armor becomes inert and must be reforged to be worn by another. If the wearer succeeds their death saving throws, they enter an infernal rage. The demon within the armor sustains the wearer and they regain 20 hit points instead of stabilizing, but will instantly die when they reach 0hp again. Infernal rage is ended by a long or short rest.
Eldritch Eye Blast (Action)
Crackling magical energy is fired from the eye holes of the helm causing 2d4 force damage with a 60 foot range.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
