Whispering Willow Wand

This slender wand, crafted from a willow branch, is adorned with silver filigree and emits a soft, melodic hum. It is said to contain the essence of a famous bard's soul.

Charges. The wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: Message (1 charge) or Charm Person (2 charges).

Recharge. The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is lost forever.

Spellcasting Ability. While holding the wand, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your spells.
