Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a lycan blood hunter and vampire/dhampir)
When you activate your hybrid form, you can choose to transform fully and unleash the beast within. Doing so grants the following benefits while you are transformed:
- You can choose to take on the shape of the animal associated with your lycanthropy. You decide the color, markings, and features of this form within reason. Your size is medium.
- Your creature type is monstrosity.
- You can take the dash action as a bonus action.
- When an attack or ability requires you to roll a hemocraft die, use the maximum value instead.
- Your bloodlust DC increases to 13.
