Wondrous Item, unknown rarity (requires attunement by a Requires attunement by a creature able to read Celestial and able to cast at least one spell)

Penned by the god of knowledge Solvinor himself, the Prophecies of Solvinor tell of the events of all time, past present, and future, based on his visions at the beginning of the universe. This grimoire, translated into Celestial by the angel Alifensis, is only a partial translation, in fact only containing prophecies from the first Book. Despite this, the volume still possesses vast magical power.

This magical book has 3 charges. It regains 1d2+1 charges every 7 days.

As an action, a creature can expend one charge from the Prophecies to perform one of the following;

- As part of the action to use this ability, you may ask a single, specific, question about your immediate surroundings, an object you are holding, or a person you can see. You then open the book and find an appropriate section relating to the question asked. You receive a shadowy vision related to that question that lasts 1 minute. The vision may not directly answer the question but will be as insightful as possible. If the question cannot be answered, for whatever reason, you simply see nothing and do not expend a charge.

- You may cast the Scrying spell as if you knew it, without using any material components. The DC is equal to your Spell Save DC

- As part of the action to use this ability, you may ask a single, specific, question about an action you are about to take. In an instant, you receive a shadowy vision of the most likely, and most important, outcome of that action that occurs within the next hour. For example; if you were to ask "What happens when I go through this door" and the door was trapped, you would see a vision of the trap activating and it's effects. If you were to ask "What happens if we follow the Duke's men to the hideout" and an ambush is planned on the road, you would see a vision of the ambush itself. If the question cannot be answered easily, nothing happens and you do not expend the charge.
