Angel’s Down tattoo

The angel’s down tattoo is a special tattoo in the shape of angel wings on the users back that feels like the softest feathers and grants the power of flight. It starts out as a jar of ink that is made from the blood of celestials as well as a special sharp quill that is stuck into the skin to apply the tattoo over a mildly painful 10 minute process. If the wearer wishes to unequip this item they need only prick their skin with the quill and the tattoo gradually disappears over 10 minutes as the ink magically refills the bottle. During this process the item cannot be used and while wearing this item you gain the following benefits

• This item starts out with 6 charges that recharge on a long rest. You can consume one of these charges to cast feather fall as a reaction.
• Additionally  you may use a charge to  activate this tattoo as an action. Once activated you gain a flight speed equal to your walking speed and shed dim light within five feet of you for 10 minutes.
