Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Appraise the item)
This magical amulet has the power to upgrade damage dice, but for some reason, the upgrades don't always seem too great.
When you expend a charge of this magical item, it will upgrade a single damage die to the next die. Once a die has been upgraded in this way, it cannot be upgraded again, and the effect wears off as soon as the damage from the die has been dealt or when the user's turn ends.
d4 -> d6
d6 -> d8
d8 -> d10
d10 -> d12
d12 -> d20
d20 -> d100
This effect only works on a single damage dice, so attempting to upgrade multiple dice would use multiple charges.
This magic item has 4 charges and regains 1d4 charges at dawn.
