Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This set of delicate silver chimes emits a soft, harmonious tone even in the slightest breeze. Engraved with symbols of air and flight, it seems almost ethereal in nature.
Charges. The chime has 10 charges. It regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn.
Wind Spells. While holding the chimes, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following spells (no material components required):
- Gust of Wind (2 charges). Creates a strong line of wind 60 feet long and 10 feet wide.
- Wind Wall (3 charges). Creates a wall of wind up to 50 feet long, 15 feet high, and 1 foot thick.
- Levitate (2 charges). Allows you or another target to levitate up to 20 feet off the ground.
- Feather Fall (1 charge). Slows the descent of up to five falling creatures.
- Control Winds (4 charges). Allows you to change the direction and speed of winds within a 100-foot radius.
Wind's Whisper. As a bonus action, you can use the chime to amplify your voice, allowing it to be heard clearly up to 600 feet away.
