A feather from an Aarakocra

5 feathers can be used to enact the Aarakocran summoning pact and bring forth an air elemental. The summoning begins at dusk, and will produce an air elemental at dawn. The summoner must be proficient in arcana and speak Auran. The air elemental will obey 5 commands of the summoner, before gaining autonomy. 

1 feather may be used to summon a spiritual Eagle. Has identical stats as an eagle (beast) and will follow commands from the summoner for 24 hours before disappearing. 

1 feather can be used to obtain temporary flying powers from dawn to dusk, for a flight speed of 40ft. 

2 feathers can be used to brew a potent healing potion, containing 25 hp recovery  

1 feather can be inlaid into armor or weapons by a skilled craftsmen for a +1 dexterity or  +1 perception
