Wondrous Item, common
A seemingly average small smooth round stone. However when placed in a closed-toed footwear of some kind, speak the command word: "Stay," and it will do so. When removed and out of sight it will magically reappear when the footwear isn't being worn. The only way to rid yourself of it, would be to hold it and speak the command word: "Stop," after which it will not reappear; unless of course, it is used to be annoyance once again.
