Archer's Bracers of the Twilight Deep

While wearing these bracers you have proficiency with all bows and crossbows. Additionally, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls on ranged attacks made with such weapons.

When attuned, any range weapon attack fired at the surface of water or while underwater will act with the same force, speed, effective range, and damage as though the water were air (firing at the surface of water still imposes disadvantage from refraction).

Additionally, the bracers grant the attuned wearer with 120 ft. dark vision and them to see through fog and dark or murky water as though it were clear.
