Arcane Shield Bracer

This single brass bracer has a long clear crystal filled with a blue liquid. As a reaction, the wearer can summon an arcane shield from the bracer that lasts until the start of their next turn. While active, the shield gives a +1 AC bonus, or +2 AC bonus if your proficient in shields, and counts as wielding a shield. This bracer can be used even if you don't have a free hand.
