Rod, uncommon (requires attunement)
This iron rod is capped with a green crystal at both ends. Along the rod, inlaid in gold are images of dragons and clock hands pointing in all directions. This rod can be used to control certain objects created with Chronoweave magic. On top of this, it gives its user the ability to access the Chronoweave in minor ways.
The rod has 4 charges, reset daily at dawn. Expending one charge allows one of the following:
As a reaction, you can get a glimpse of the future to impose disadvantage on an attack against you, before the roll is decided.
As a bonus action, you can see the future to grant advantage to your next attack roll.
