Ambient Crystal

This crystal can amplify the voice of anyone who speaks into it. It can also change the tone of voices as well. Mostly used by bards and around ports, can be very useful for announcing certain events or useful in making yourself louder and maybe even more intimidating. It's usually a bright rainbow-colored gem with multiple holes running through it.
