An amulet on a finely wrought silver chain, made of silver, and shaped like a shield with an emblem of sunshine, cast in gold, upon it. This item functions similarly to a Ring of Protection for any good aligned humanoid creature who wears it around their neck.
If the wearer is a servant of the goddess Alauna (Goddess of healing and sunlight; cleric or paladin) the wearer may expend a charge to cast Cure Wounds. The amulet contains three charges, and each cast of the spell costs one charge to cast, per level of cast. For instance, the spell could be used to cast three level one spells, or a level two spell and level one spell, etc. In addition, the user must be able to cast a spell of the appropriate level in order to use the higher level versions.
The amulet regains D3 charges each morning at sunrise, but can never hold more than three.
Notes: cleric or paladin spending a short rest meditating and praying to Alauna to use the healing powers. The protection aspects work upon wearing and do not require attunement.
