Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a cleric or druid)
This beautiful amulet is made from a swirling golden filigree and set with a large ruby in the shape of a heart.
Healer's Preparation. While attuned to this amulet, the spell healing word is always prepared, and it doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare each day.
Emergency Healing. Whenever a creature within 60 feet of you falls unconscious, you may use your reaction to cast healing word as a 1st-level spell, expending a 1st-level spell slot to do so.
