Armor of Fire, Scale Mail

When you put the armor on, you feel as if it is just fire. You have resistance to fire damage while you wear this armor, you feel as fast as fire and can move up to 30 feet and fly 20 feet. If you are in midair and run out of feet,, you fall 60 feet per round.  It has 15 charges, which you can cast these spells: Burning hands [ 3 changes ], Scorching ray [ 5 charges ] and Fireball [ 10 changes ].

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
