This amulet has three charges.
You can expend one of the charges to be able to sense the direction single unposessed treasure, chosen at random, as long as that object is within 1,000 feet of you. If the object is in motion, you know the direction of its movement.
All expended charges reset at dawn.
This item is cursed. It will always point to the nearest person the user considers a friend within 1000 feet.
If the user has no friends within the area, the amulet will chose a random person you can see and cast friends on them.
If there are no valid target for the friends spell, the amulet instead casts animal friendship on the nearest animal of size small or larger.
If there are no targets, the amulet cannot be used until the next dawn.
