The Amulet of the Siren Spell is an amulet in the shape of a scale, an iridescent green. It reflects moonlight, but is a dull, flat green in the sunlight. The Amulet only works when in direct contact with moonlight, or if it's completely submerged in saltwater, and while the wearer's feet, paws, or otherwise, are in water (of any freshness).
The Amulet can be activated by the wearer after attunement, and after the aforementioned requirements are met. To activate the Amulet and use its magical properties, the Amulet must be in direct eyesight of the person the wearer is meaning to enchant. The being must be capable of emotion, not invisible, asleep or unconscious, cannot be a ghost, and must be at least vaguely humanoid. The humanoid must make a charisma saving throw (15 + your spell modifier), or be charmed for the duration of the spell. The being rerolls at the beginning of its turn, until a successful saving throw is made.
The enchantment renders the being incapable of disobeying the wearer, and makes them believe that they are madly in love-- to the point of obsession. The spell lasts until dismissed, or until the being makes a successful saving throw.
Notes: Requires Attunement to use abilities, but not to simply wear.
