Astral Fishing Rod

The Astral Fishing Rod casts a transparent line that can traverse walls. To use it, you must use an action. If you target a creature, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength Save or be grappled by the Astral Fishing Rod. The user of the Astral Fishing Rod can use an action to send an electric current through the line, dealing 1d6 electric damage to any creature grappled by the Astral Fishing Rod.

The user can also reel in the target as a bonus action a number of feet equal to the strength score of the user, if the user succeed on a contest against the strength score of the target. On a success, the target takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
