This elaborate suit of padding is made from a mysterious silken fabric that shimmers with arcane energy.
While wearing this armor, you are considered proficient with it. If you are affected by a spell that requires a saving throw in order to take half damage, you can use your reaction to give yourself advantage on that saving throw. If you succeed on the saving throw, and the spell is of a level you can cast, you regain one expended spell slot. Once you regain a spell slot in this way, you cannot do so again until the next dawn.
Padded armor consists of quilted layers of cloth and batting.
