Assurance, Wand of

A wand created by a self conscious wizard who needed constant assurance that he is in fact magical. An identify spell will reveal the wand to be capable of casting detect magic. This wand can cast detect magic at will, except with a range of self, the wand telling the user if they are magical or not.
