A bracelet forged of bronze from the ancient Savran Empire. Its design has various imperfect bronze spheres connected to a stylized depiction of a rat that looks cute but is always making a noise like whispering, though no actual words are being spoken.

If a creature that is making a Saving Throw against your Spell Save DC fails by a 5 less than your DC or lower, then the target takes 2d6 necrotic damage in addition to whatever effects the spell would have on them. As they fail they hear these whispering noises in their mind and feels as though rats that don't exist are clawing at them.
